tips on cleaning ur comp?ummmmmmmmmm click things and press delete on your keyboard? defrag your hd, or reformat

And why would files on your computer affect your Download speed? Are you sure it just isn't things running in the background? also, your isp could be just ripping you off.

it might be certain programs your running that are using up your download speed to update n stuff....i usually get a bit higher than zam since im paying that 10 extra a month for faster internet speeds

maybe, is there a way i can check for useless apps? im deleting some in program files and remove/add programs.
