I'm playing it now, it's pretty nifty once you get it running, plays just like pokemon cept the windows and clicking can get tedious when battling but I got over that. Movement could be better too (shda used WASD instead of arrow keys, tho I overcomed that by using my joypad :P). Overally well made game. IGN is GavOriginally Posted by jhonli

Everything online that nintendo touches dies. Look at the wii, the online services for it suck. Besides, they would never make one for the PC, and console MMO would not outsell WoW.

I agree, WoW would be so screwed if Pokemon was released as a 3D offical MMORPG. I mean how can you compete? The storyline? I mean collect 8 badges, (CPU battles) then you can PvP?! Whoa, even WoW wouldnt be able to steal that.

And remove the turn based battles! So you run around as pikachu zapping away while dodging all the moves with agility so it gives the 1st evolution a chance like the cartoons.
And it has (i think) 4 regions that maybe could get released in expansions or all at once depending on their size.

You wouldn't believe how many people actually love the Pokemon games. The thing is that only few actually have the guts to make it public.
Pokemon is probably one of the worst game-series but at the same time one of the most addictive ones. I really don't know what's so special about the games that I like them, but I love 'em!
