It's bearable. There are very subtle differences between it and Chaos and Loki. Also, as the above poster said, it has normal rates. Chaos and Loki just got experience boosts.
However, its only setback is that its community is just a bit worse than the p2p servers. It's filled with BRs (HUEASUEHASEHUAS) and gold spammers. It'd be best to play with a friend.

Too laggy to play actually half of the builds wont work well, for example if i was making a vit>agi basher / breaker knight i wouldn't be able to spam my bash's at full aspd because of some weird delay lag this is also the same for spamming potions / switching gears with hotkeys.
It's playable if you never plan on pvp or woe i guess lol

Private Ragnarok servers are worse than the free legal server. In private servers, everyone is so unbalanced through donation items along with those super high level caps. So unless you donate, you'll get owned by everyone.
The only good things about private Ragnarok servers are extra contents.

I could list so many good RO private servers there are some with unbalancing donation items but, overall the most popular ones have no OP donations.

There is this very extremely popular private servers vote site with 3 numbers at the end of its name. (I'm sure some people know what site I'm talking about.) If you look at the top 3 Ragnarok servers, all 3 of them have OP donation items. The bottom ones aren't worth mentioning because you'll probably find 2 or 3 people in the game. Unless you like playing with 2 or 3 people.

It's ok to mention RMS right? It isn't a private server, more like a database for them.
If you're looking for a pserv with a good sense of economy, go for a low rate, non-donation server.
