If you're willing to pay, there's NOD32. Otherwise, avast is good. There's other good ones, but NOD32 is often regarded as the best pay one and avast is often regarded as the best free one.
For anti-malware, malwarebytes anti-malware and spybot is good.
Personally, I'm using good old Common Sense.
