    Do what everyone else does: Go to a community college for 2 years, and transfer your credits over to the main college after the 2 years. That way, you get easier classes, and CHEAPER classes for 2 years...but you still get your final degree from a better school.

    I went to a college for my first year and it was definately cheaper (I had calc physics and calc so I thought it was the hardest year [bio major]) and the experience was much better than university (E.g. Having to declare your major 3 times... With you never changing it sucks).

    I personally think that you should skip the degree route and go to a trade school (I wish I did) if it is appliciable. I would love the chance to go back and go straight into my med career instead of dicking around with a degree.

    SCAD supposedly just steals your money anyways as said by 95% of college site reviews. Many of which were former teachers and staff. anyone can get in really.
