A Virus,Isn't going away.

My Avira AntiVir Keeps detecting a Trojan, And it has Options to Repair Move to Quarantine Delete rename deny access or ignore.

I hit delete, which would normally get rid of the virus, and i'd be virus free, BUT. Instead, it pops up again. And It says that the folder im trying to delete is in Use, It's c:/windows/system32/ldr.exe that the virus is in, or something, and it says in use, So...What do i do?It's not going away and i'm afraid for my computer ;(.

Alright, 2 pops up now, This time it's in C:\documents and settings\TOMSCOMPUTER\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\content.IE5\OA53D23A\ldr[1].exe

And in system 32.

Clear yer internet cookies then restart -> spam F8 or whatever button for safe mode, then scan \ remove the virus.

boot into safemode and scan.
To get into safemode you need to press F8 right before windows starts booting, so the easiest way is to just tap F8 repeatedly until you get to the selection menu. Pick safemode, boot into that and scan.
