hes a filipino. a gay one. you have to understand that in the philippines, this kind of stuff is normal cuz theres a large amount of gay people. they also dont have the same "only this type of dance is cool" culture like americans. over there, any kind of dance goes, like in vietnam. prolly the only reason why uve never seen something like this is cuz not many filipinos have webcams, and out of those people, not many of them make videos of themselves to put on an american website. yeah i think hes weird and annoying, but that doesnt mean he should die.
