The orange eyes with the girl is a problem with success so she was most likely failing a lot whether that be in school, a relationship or just everything in general.
The brown eyes with the mother is a problem with stability, the mother was overwhelmed.

I'm pretty sure the eyes don't mean anything, it appeared because he is not going to get a gameboy and he's gonna kill himself
