    the people who did this had been caught over a year ago.

    They were known as the dnepropetrovsk maniacs.

    They preformed 21 murders and most were recorded on a camera phone.

    oh and yes that vid was horrible

    the guy even tried to cover his face when they started to puncture his eye. They finished him off with a hammer. But the nasty part is when they cut open his stomach.
