Ya, well I noticed we haven't had any of these in a while. Therefore, I decided to make one.

ROFL. Now that I look at it, it does.

I am not trying to flex my girly arms(only wiegh 170 pounds at 10% bodyfat), I am simply pointing at myself...thats it. Try pointing at yourself, you will look like your flexing. My arm is simply bending which causes any muscle I might have to bunch up.
