He's able-minded, and capable of learning; he's just ignorant. My uncle gave him to my aunt to watch (in another country), but she didn't send him to school or even tried to teach him how to read or speak properly. Because she's a greedy person, she only ever leached the money she got from him in favor of use for her own kids. Whatever he's learned, he's learned from his dad when he had time off from work, or from mimicking others.

@Mofo, Thanks and all, but it's no better than Starfall. The only difference is that Starfall is more in depth on sounding out letters and words as a whole.

@Z0MBiE, Except he can't sound out words. 4/5ths of that would just confuse him. >_<
