Then why don't we just say the obvious, HP, Apple, Dell and any other company that makes a computer are all fails.
I have a Dell Laptop and I don't see how I could have purchased and created this and be happy with it, + allowing it to be made for me lets me get the warranty which I have used twice in the last year when it broke. Told Dell and w/o them seeing it I had either a person at my house fixing it in 2 days or a new piece sent to my house in less then a week.
Any who as people said Alienware desktops aren't worth purchasing.
