It's not that it's a holy shrine it's that I have enough self respect to not just sleep with any guy that comes along. Guys love the "slutty" girls while their young, but if you notice most of them don't want to marry these women. I'm not such a prude that I would wait till marriage. Sex isn't worth anything at all, like gold. There's nothing inherently special about the act at all. The only reason it's seen as sacred is because women are made to feel like it needs to be, it doesn't. It's an act that humans desire, that's it.

It doesn't matter if you're in the most loving relationship in the world or if you have a f*ck buddy; how does sex end? The same for both. PEOPLE put sanctity into sex, sex is not sacred.

Like gold, there's plenty of it, but the people in charge of it are rationing it out at a ridiculous price. Sex's ridiculous price is; having to go on dates, having to get married, having to jump through hoops.

That's why women hate prostitutes, because they give sex out at the price it's essentially worth, and thus, most women lose their leverage over men.
