Although "technically" you're not breaking any rules, OnRPG does not want to encourage the discussion of activities that are illegal.
The Staff has discussed this, and this was the solution we came up with, so no one will receive infractions or even warnings for discussing drugs and things.
If you do want to discuss drugs, we suggest that you keep it on a debate sort of way. For example, "Should drugs be legal," or "health benefits and risks of drugs; what do you think."
