The main problem I'm trying to address is, since I won't be playing Holy Beast Online, the leadership of the guild will be all over the place. I'll be leading Dragonica and Dragon Nest...but if players play Holy Beast Online, they'll be under a completely different set of leadership?
I'm not saying that's bad, but it will be confusing for the players and will be unattractive on the standing that players will see the guild as being poorly led. It really does reflect Freestyle properly - why does every game have to be led by the same guy? But at the same time, that's stretching the truth that I was after with my guild. This will be very difficult to organize.
@kait0s, I currently do not have the time for Holy Beast Online with my current life demands. How does that guarantee that I will have time for Dragonica and Dragon Nest? Because I have dedication for those games that I don't have for Holy Beast Online (more than you asked for, but that's my answer).

Yeah i assumed it was that since im going thru the same argument with myself in my head. Ive waited for HBO since god knows how long. So i my hype for it is unbeatable.
I have hope/hype for Dragonica and DN. But nowhere near HBO.
Plus, Dreamland Online reminds me alot like Dragonica.

You are assuming a static guild, meaning that the guild will max out in players and stay there in Holy Beast Online. People are always coming and going in and out of guilds. And the longer a game is out, the less population a guild will have simply due to players losing interest.
By the time Dragonica and Dragon Nest roll around, your HBO guild will probably still have room for my listed hypothetical situation to take place.
Players will not have to play exactly these 3 games. If they play HBO and any of the two that I am leading, that will be enough to create fission.
Perhaps this is too egocentric of judgement, but I personally would not stay in a guild that had more than one leader for more than one game. Most of the guilds out there in any MMORPG have a hard enough time managing themselves. To have a unified title but not a unified leadership is unappealing and shows that the guilds really aren't working together - they're just sharing the same title.
May I ask what inspired you to suggest a merge with my guild? I believe I've been doing my best to answer why I do not believe a merge is advantagous so far.

@ Duo; It is a really weird story. I was checking my old sigs and I saw one with ''Freestyle'' on it that I used for an ONRPG signature contest. Right after that, a friend of me msged me about HB and it came to my mind that it would be a good idea to use Freestyle as the name for the guild, BUT I figured out that there was a Freestyle guild already on the first page of ONRPG's free-mmorpg section, so I thought it would be better to get a different name.
And then you replied to the thread and I told you about my idea o-o.

I see. So far it seems like Kai will be willing to take leadership for the Holy Beast Online part of the guild, with me being the figurehead leader and you being a co-leader, MageMoa.
However, you should be ready to take the leader position at any time and deal with anything that may result if Kai chooses that he does not want to play Holy Beast Online at any point in time. Perhaps nothing bad will happen. Perhaps I am thinking too much and people won't give a flying pancake about whether or not the leaders are different. We'll give it a shot, but there's a physical problem.
My current banner holds no room for Holy Beast Online to be added to it. It requires a remake that I do not have the inspiration for at the moment. I'm not sure how to accomodate for it. The only options are to remove the games from the banner completely so that all 3 are treated equaly, or to just leave Dragon Nest and Dragonica on the banner (because they are our main guild residings), and every other game that comes to our passing will be switched in an out of being featured as the "top 2" games of residing. I support the second idea more.
