Friend died :'(
So last night I get a call around 11 : 30 that my friend Zach had passed away. He was driving home and hit a patch of ice, fishtailed, flipped two times into a river and drowned. This really ****ing sucks, me and this kid did everything together. I need all the support I can get for now so any would be appreciated guys.

You not stopping has nothing to do with it. You cant blame yourself for these sort of things.
If this was the other way around, you wouldnt want him to feel like it was his fault. So dont blame yourself.
These things happen. When my mom died i felt alone. Like her mass in my heart was gone, and it left an empty void in my life. But thats how i was supposed to feel. (Thats Life) These things aren't supposed to feel good. You will cry. You will morn. But you will survive.
Take some time off to celebrate his life. If you believe, you can still talk to him. You can still say your goodbyes.

I done alot of dumb shit was my mom died. Which lead to me just being in worst situations. Dont do anything dumb. Know that he loves you just as you loved him. And he still does, as you still do.

This will happen to everyone eventually, it's good to learn to accept it early on. Moping is fine, don't listen to anyone who says otherwise. It's perfectly natural to be upset and to show it, and everyone that was friends with him will do it. Be sad, mope, get it over with because if you ignore it know it'll only come back later. It's just a natural reaction to cope with things like this. It will help you out.

Its very, very common to think deaths are your fault, because if anyone did one thing diffrently that day, it might have kept him alive. But its not your fault, and IMO I would stop smoking weed, because thats what he really wanted, it seems.
EDIT: I'm not trying to sound mean, but this is something that happens a lot when people die.
