Alot of people are gonna have crappy high level charicatures if they keep using those mega weapons :/ . And its impossible to do quests with all these people camping near spawns and 1 hitting all the mobs! ..Meh I guess I'll just level my PT until the population moves to the next area..

Since you gain PT's if you do a certain % of damage with a weapon, you can't gimp yourself now, their whole point is that

Anyway, at early level you'll earn way more pt's off a mob using the low damage/level weapons so, they only have a use to fast forward quests/exp

And as you said, useless at lvl 40

They can still gimp def/shield though.

yeah i used that super weapon till 9 and now im going back and using the level one weapon to raise my pt.

Do players that use bows/ guns use the same armor as players with close range weapons? I cant find any range armor at my lvl.

There's Warrior, Ranger, Force armors respectively

And on that matter, the equipment drops rates seems to be lower than x3, since at CM's version with 1.5x rates even the first mobs(Flems) dropped equips.

There are no equipment drops before lvl 40 mobs. Some think its a bug others think its feature....
