The current rave is on Holy Beast Online. Closed beta has begun, but there are many problems with closed beta keys, so there's a lot more disappointment than satisfaction going on right now.
Also coming up in the near future is IAHGames' Dragonica (SEA). The closed beta showcase is taking place on Feb 13th and 14th, 20th and 21st (Fridays and Saturdays). Check out the IAHGames website to get more details on the testing.

Other things you may want to watch out for are USA's version of Dragonica, rumored to be due by Q1 of 2009, (check www.thq.com to see if they've added it yet, THQ will be the USA host). The european version of Dragonica seems like it could enter closed beta any minute now (hosted by gPotato). You may also want to look into Dragon Nest and "Blade and Soul." Dragon Nest is rumored to be due worldwide during Q4 of this year. I heard that Blade and Soul is supposed to come out during 2009 in the US as well, but that was just some wind I caught off some random guy on the internet, so it probably isn't reliable.

Anyways, Ether Saga is going CB on the 10th of February. RF Online just recently released with a new host so you could try that as some OnRpg members are playing it. Dawn of War 2 beta also came out, and Fear 2 demo but those aren't mmorpgs so yeah. :P

To the OP. Runes of magic is new, Atlantica is good for turn based strat, shin megami came out recently also, but I heard it isn't doing too well. Umm.. new servers.. I can't think of anything.
