I was thinking about buying this since its made by the same people who made Oblivion which I'm still playing. How good is the game in your POV? What is the leveling system like? What weapons can you use? Also if your nice enough to share, can you tell me what is a great character build. Is there also mods that are good or in development that looks promising? I like it. think of oblivion but as an FPS, with exp instead of having to train your skills.

though, "diehard fallout fans" think it's the worst thing ever created.

I enjoy it, you will enjoy it if you like sorta roleplaying/fps games.
