    Cardio isn't going to help you get 'packs'.

    Try weights and sit ups, you know, upper body crap.

    Try doing 10 min runs, and 5 mins walk for better cardio.
    Situps and push ups seem to do the trick mainly.

    Also flexibility.

    Dude, you are skinny. Need to eat more gain some mass + weight training, run less.

    Suicidal? That was bare minimum what you'd have to do. It was just horribly put. The reps, the resting and the formations were completely wrong. The ammount though, that was very very little.

    If you think that is suicidal, you wont survive a week of lifting.

    if you want a six pack, a lot of it really is in your diet you know. watch what you eat. eat lots of fish, it's very lean and high in protein.

    eating nutritious isnt going to get u a packed muscle...

    working out is

    though it does keep your body healthy

    dont try to be hardcore and shit and do it everyday . a good workout strains ur muscle.. so if one day u worked upper body, next day u work ur bottom

    ....Everyone have a six pack, if it doesn't show it mean they haven't trained it to a point its big and define enough to show or the fat is covering it. Losing weight unless its fat is extremely bad. Lifting has nothing to do with a six pack, you don't lift with your abs do you?

    i just lay things of my chest so i guess i do lift with abs

    i hold my labtop, keyboard, mouse with bad on my chest and abs as i play and lay on my back

    Your weight is not proportioned to your height, 120 lbs at 6'1". Just saying this based on the standards. You will look more smexy if you're proportioned.

    You should try my schedule.

    Keep in mind, working your abs into oblivion is BAD.

    And your abs will never show if you have a layer of fat over them

    Monday Wed Friday: I start with 30 crunches, 15 second break, 20 leg raises, 15 second break, 30 crunches, 15 second break, 15 side-side's, One minute break, 30 crunches, 20 leg raises, then finish off by holding 6 inches for as long as you can, rest for a minute, then roll over and prop yourself up by your elbows in pushup position. hold that for as long as you can.

    Tues thurs and sat: i usually run these days, if i don't go for a quick jog on mon wed and friday. Quick jog = a mile, or 1.5. Tues/thurs/sat i just do 20 minute increments of sprinting/jogging. sprint for 30 seconds, jog for a minute, sprint for 30, jog, sprint jog.

    You'll see results in about a month, if your vigorous. But of course, you gotta watch the diet. You don't have to give up good food, but keep in mind, if you eat mc'd's 3 times a day, it'll be difficult to work off all the fat.

    my BMI is 12 and average for someone my age of my high is 19

    12 is considered incredably low

    That's not really a good thing, only 112lbs? You should bulk up and transform that fat into muscle. That'll fix the rib thing too
