Reputation: 13....Everyone have a six pack, if it doesn't show it mean they haven't trained it to a point its big and define enough to show or the fat is covering it. Losing weight unless its fat is extremely bad. Lifting has nothing to do with a six pack, you don't lift with your abs do you?

Keep in mind, working your abs into oblivion is BAD.
And your abs will never show if you have a layer of fat over them
Monday Wed Friday: I start with 30 crunches, 15 second break, 20 leg raises, 15 second break, 30 crunches, 15 second break, 15 side-side's, One minute break, 30 crunches, 20 leg raises, then finish off by holding 6 inches for as long as you can, rest for a minute, then roll over and prop yourself up by your elbows in pushup position. hold that for as long as you can.
Tues thurs and sat: i usually run these days, if i don't go for a quick jog on mon wed and friday. Quick jog = a mile, or 1.5. Tues/thurs/sat i just do 20 minute increments of sprinting/jogging. sprint for 30 seconds, jog for a minute, sprint for 30, jog, sprint jog.
You'll see results in about a month, if your vigorous. But of course, you gotta watch the diet. You don't have to give up good food, but keep in mind, if you eat mc'd's 3 times a day, it'll be difficult to work off all the fat.
