    Default A weird pain...

    I have a slight pain under my left shoulderblade, that's been developing.
    If anything touches that area, even a spray of water (in the shower) it starts to feel really strange and... painful. It's the feeling like someone is pressing down on that part of your body with their thumb... a very. cold... thumb..

    Anyone know what this could be?

    I think it's your doctor telling you to give him a visit. It would be for the best.

    You train to much. Take atleast 3days of rest before you start again, and if you start again don't overexert yourself....

    You'd really need to describe the pain better, at best it is sore muscles. It could be a pinched nerve or something really serious (necrotizing fascitius) though. If you are really worried biopsy and blood sample + lab tech = doctor has an idea what is going on "Without us doctors are just guessing" (lab techs).

    Its not from over training unless hes very very fragile....I work out for 3 hour a day...everyday a week..>_>.....I get soreness and it kinda hurt a bit all over my body..>_> But to a point where it hurts with water hitting it? I doubt its from training.

    it could be a skin infection

    does the skin look normal or is it red or what

    worst case it could be skin cancer

    describe better, your shoulderblade is rather long and you have 2...

    bruised? touch? expain further.

    Impawssibleu. Your muscles needs at least 48 hours rest before being trained again or they will break.
