Yes but you don't know what part the 40% is.. they can take any aspect they want .. say very good items, the best places, more mobs.. blah blah.. and that could be 40% of it.
Take dungeon runners for instance.. it cost an extra $5 a month as well for stuff that makes ALL the difference. a level 50 fighter without the $5 a month couldnt TOUCH a player WITH the $5

don't worry about the prices. most of the people that will play this(under 12) won't have a credit card. you will be on even ground for the most part.

Note this is a western made game. It wasn't made perfectly like the asians, so that you feel like you have to pay in F2P. They don't know how to do that. So...
