Its fairly decent, just some things I would like to point out(Take it as criticism):
1)Color, the darkish dull green doesn't go well with the white. And trying to add fractals to dull colors is a bad thing. Go for something that is dark but could catch someone's eye!
2)The text, because green is your main base color, have you tried text that looks edgy and sharp? Oh and you might want it bigger!
3)Your render. The RF shiny blue highlighted armor does match well with green. And I can see that you added gradient? Makes it look rough =(
Try to make sigs as simple as possible but still making it look smooth and complicated!(I know, WTF right?) Its very good for your first try, but you still need some patches here and there. Color coordination is very important because some colors do not go so well with others. I would rate it a 3.5/5
