    Goku is Saiyan, but he is drawn Asian because it was Asians who drew him.

    Just like Superman is Kryptonian, but he is drawn and promoted as an American hero because that's who is creating him.

    I always thought that was one of the more bs aspects of fiction; "He's an alien from a far off world that just happens to have the exact same anatomy and appearance as we do.".
