    Default Judgmental=wrong?

I was talking to a girl earlier who unfortunately has....clouded judgments of me.(No pun intended due to this topic)

To make the story short she called me judgmental. Now, she used it in a very very negative connotation. I don't really care for her opinion to tell you the truth, but I have been thinking.
I am rather judgmental toward everybody, however it usually involves lots of analysis, observations, talking to other people, etc. I'm not one of those people that will see a girl who dates 500 guys in one year and call her a ***** but rather will make constructive.....review of her.

Anyways, I was just wondering if you guys think that judging someone the "right way" is wrong. That is, if you apply ethics, and actually make constructive arguments of why you think someone did something wrong, is it ok to be judgmental?

IMO Judging people is wrong 100%. But since its part of human life we might as well accept the flawe that we Call people by looking at them.

Eh. It's a bit of a hopeless train of thought, by calling you judgemental, she was judging you and in doing so being judgemental herself...

Or at least that's how I think about it... Not sure if that's helpful, at all, might just be non-sense for all I know...
And if the cloud bursts, thunder in your ear.

You shout and no one seems to hear.

Well, you are judged in court when you steal, kill, murder and ****. Can we call the judges judgmental? Or rather are they "positively"-judgmental?

They aren't judging the person, they are judging what his/her sentence should be, based off of the crime, the defendants argument, and the jury's decision.

They are judging his actions. They have to see what's bad and what's wrong. It get's more complicated in cases that only involve....let's say relationships, but in some way, the judge becomes judgmental, be it invisible or not to the jury, I think they do.

I must admit that it is very hard to not judge people, and that EVERYONE DOES IT weather they admit it or not. Your mind is just programmed that way, and when you see someone you judge them.

Its the actual USE of the judgment your mind makes that is wrong or right. If you judge someone, you should take it as a first impression but also try to get to know them before making a lasting impression.

    That is all.
