Combat Arms IP block

hey can any of the combat arms version be played by asians? im singaporean.
if there arent, can sum1 tell me how to bypass the ipblock?

dont waste your time, game is full of hackers, you might enjoy it for a week or two, but you'll quit after you see people using cheats almost everygame, unless you find a group of people via vent/teamspeak and play private legit matches, then yeah, the game is utter sick
