lol, it was funny. I've never had a problem with any sony product I've ever owned though, nor have I ever found one hard to use, so I can't really relate to this.
Ironically, yesterday, my friends xbox360 failed at being compatible with my portable hard-drive that works perfectly with basically any comp I've ever connected it to(and my other friends PS3).
