Well, Me and my friends had a pause of like 1 hour at school, So we were just sitting at a table and eating, Then a guy comes to us and starts bullying my friend, So i tell him to stop, He ignores me and continues, I say stop again, But he doesnt react, At the 3 time i punch him in the face, And i get suspended for 5 days... Do u think its fair? I didnt even break it.. And i have done that many times. But anyway i just helped my friend and then all the kids go to the bully and ask him if he's okay and i get all those angry faces at me.. Everyone just behaves like the bully didnt do anything

Has this ever happend to you? And do u think its even fair?

They should have looked into it, just because you've done previously for maybe a different reason this you could claim as self defense in a way, because he came at your friend first with his bs.

its never fair, but in the end the one who started the physical attack first will be the main culprit no matter the reason.

i had almost similar incident like 8years ago in school. i was the one bullied even though i was much bigger size, was known to be a cool headed and friendly guy. but sometime it took its toll, and one day when going through the same routine, landed a few punches on him and had him running away. it was after school, and he did not report to anyone. heh.

unless hes pyhsically confronting your friend (IE shoving) then you have no reason to punch him

Yes it's fair unless he touched you or your friend you have no right to punch him. Plus school are never fair even if he did touch you or your friend school have that crap called the zero tolerance rule so if your getting jump , and you defend yourself your still getting suspend lol at least thats how my school is.

Yeah i know i punched him and i know that it wasent good, But why does everyone beahve like the bully didnt do anything at all, He was discriminating my friend, he was saying he was fat and stuff, And the school administration doesnt even believe that... They wont take any action against it cause i know it wil happen numerous of times, im just pissed that they leave the f****** guy alone

normally the better schools will do some counseling and have a good talk and get inputs from classmates etc... oh well =/

juz rmb world aint fair, if its fair, all of us would be rich now and have sexy pretty girlfriends and swimming in a pool of booze.

The smart thing would have been to push him away, protecting your friend.

Then if he swings at you punch him back in self defence.

Lol i dont mind the sexy gf cause i got one, The problem is my school doesnt care about anything... No seriously Anything, The bus just comes at diffrent times everyday like 30 mins late or 40 mins early and i got to f**** sit at the window watching if the bus comes. And also they havent even got anything good like in the Tech lab or w/e. Everything is F***** old. 15 years old microscopes, Comps with only 128mb of RAM and then the fking toilets, they never get cleaned... -.-, When i wil be old enough il go to a diffrent school, cause the school im going now doesnt even deserve to be called a school

are you really in japan? which part? i thought japan has really good school facilities in the bigger cities.

I live in Tokyo, And yes ur right for 1 part, But not all Schools are that good.
When im older, Il just move out from home and go live in the City xD!

Same situation, just that I was the one being bullied.

My friend stood up and shoved him away from me. The teacher walked in.

In the end, I got suspended along with my friend.

The administrator said that I told my friend to beat the other kid up.

Whatever

Life isn't fair.

But what made up for it is that me and my buddy had 5 days to drink coke and play video games! Right on!

I wish this would have happened back in my country. Not only would the guy get jumped by 50 of other guys but they would probably burn the school down if anybody got punished.
