Well, Me and my friends had a pause of like 1 hour at school, So we were just sitting at a table and eating, Then a guy comes to us and starts bullying my friend, So i tell him to stop, He ignores me and continues, I say stop again, But he doesnt react, At the 3 time i punch him in the face, And i get suspended for 5 days... Do u think its fair? I didnt even break it.. And i have done that many times. But anyway i just helped my friend and then all the kids go to the bully and ask him if he's okay and i get all those angry faces at me.. Everyone just behaves like the bully didnt do anything

They should have looked into it, just because you've done previously for maybe a different reason this you could claim as self defense in a way, because he came at your friend first with his bs.

its never fair, but in the end the one who started the physical attack first will be the main culprit no matter the reason.

i had almost similar incident like 8years ago in school. i was the one bullied even though i was much bigger size, was known to be a cool headed and friendly guy. but sometime it took its toll, and one day when going through the same routine, landed a few punches on him and had him running away. it was after school, and he did not report to anyone. heh.

Yes it's fair unless he touched you or your friend you have no right to punch him. Plus school are never fair even if he did touch you or your friend school have that crap called the zero tolerance rule so if your getting jump , and you defend yourself your still getting suspend lol at least thats how my school is.
