    Interwebz -> Tools -> Internet Option

    Connection -> LAN setting

    .Click on Use a proxy server
    Enter the I.P and Port that you want to use then press OK.

    That's how I play foreign games 5 years ago unless those foreign games don't need proxy and I've been failing without realizing it.

    You can find working IP by googling it.
    Random numbers won't work

    Certain I.P's belong to different countries. You have to look for which I.P's go where.

    Google is for that.

    You can also just use Hotspot Shield, it's a VPN and basically does the same thing (Google it)

    First you find a location closest to you that is not blocked. (Just for speed purposes)

    Im using firefox so I can't help with IE.

    Google (country name) IP and port.
    Open firefox and go to...

    Tools>Options>Advanced>Network>Settings

    Tick Manual Proxy and under the first one "HTTP" insert the IP and port number and click OK.

    Basically it.

    *If this is against the rules, just delete theeese post.

    Yeah, its what I did.

    I could be missing a small step so if anyone can just fix that then yeah that's all you need to do.
