I'm not sure about the cigarette... I do know that cops always make you put them out when they are talking to you though. I don't know why, but they do.

However, the lawn mower counts as drinking and driving if you are not on your property (maybe even ON your lawn, but I don't think they would bother you...prolly technically illegal). There are people around here who have gotten their licences taken away for one too many DWI's and then proceeded to get another one on their lawnmower. It counts as a DWI if they wanna charge you.
