Default Is it hard to learn how to snowboard if you can already ski?

I'm thinking about learning how to snowboard, I can already ski, so if I already know how to ski, will learning how to snowboard be hard? I just don't want to put time and effort into it if the learning curve is very long. It's just something I want to do when I'm tired of skiing

    thx

2 totaly different things. But ofc, it will make it a little easier when you know that balance is required, where to ski where snow is good and all that basics.

    Depends how good you are

    in overall coordination.

Rent out a board, go to the kids hang, break a couple of bones.

It won't be too bad, but once you try to make a 'pizza' to brake on a snowboard, you know something else is going to break instead.
You'll have more experience, but a huuuuge learning curve.
