Why do you describe yourself? The only "Spamkid" here is you. We're answering your question truthfully. Netgame's version has no ip block therefore you can play it without worries. The game is old and not to mention boring, there would be no point to release it somewhere else.

I don't see why they would open a EU server, as far as I know there playerbase consists of a few elite members that still hold on to the game.
