Virut Virus

Well it seems ive downloaded one too many movies and got this nasty little virus. It infects every .exe file that is loaded/clicked on. Ive tried NOD32, AVG, Malewarebytes Anti-Malware, and right now Im trying panda cause apparently its been proven to rid of this little ******. Any help to get rid of this woud be greatly appreciated, thanks! Ill update if panda works.

and ive ran the scanners in safe mode, they still arent getting deleted
