We have too many employees and if we were to all be putting locks on lockers there'd be none left for most of us.

Anyway,my Ipod was still in my locker at 230 when I got off break, and I got off work at 430.

Fast forward to 5 minutes ago. I get a text from my brother who's staying the night at our friend's house. He says his sister's boyfriend just gave her a black ipod nano chromatic (the same one I lost) that he "found" at the theatre. Well, I work with her boyfriend. We're pretty good friends I'd say and I do trust him, but it makes it seem fishy that not only did he tell me it was his last 2 weeks there, but he also said "I don't even have to come to work for these last 2 weeks." So if he wasn't going to return to work for his last 2 weeks of employment, why would he care if he took somebody's property? I highly doubt it's coincidence that he found a black ipod the same as mine, the day that mine went missing from my locker. My brother checked the music on it and apparently it's all different from what I had, so either it is a huge yet weird Coincidence,or the person switched all of my music to cover it up. I can't afford to replace my Ipod,it basically cost me a full pay cheque in the first place. So,would you say he's a prime suspect?
You don't know it's yours. For someone who didn't intend to sell the iPod, they went through a lot of trouble to "steal" it from you, because whilst unable to also steal a charger and a USB cord from you, they'd instead have to find someone else with an iPod, go to their house, steal the charger and the cord, take "your" iPod home, wipe it and put his own music on it. If he was planning to go through all that trouble, don't you think he might have instead just stolen the whole package from someone else?
Or that he truly COULD have just found it? You have no idea how many idiots will forget their iPods everywhere these days, if you yourself are dumb enough to leave it in an unlocked locker.
