Give her space, maybe she doesn't want to be suffocated with a serious relationship. If she likes you she'll realize how good you two were and come crawling back.
Oh and I once dumped a boy for being too nice so maybe something about your guy's relationship makes it uncomfortable for her to think about a long term thing.
Think about anything you might've done to make her think twice.
