    Default If you could transform a game into a MMORPG...

    ... what game would it be?

    The game can be from any platform, and let's say it transforms into a professional/commercial MMO, not one of those independent projects started by fans.

    I would love to play a MMO based on Chrono Trigger. You know, instead of having "races" you would choose a certain era: characters from the Future would be better with technology and using guns, while characters from 12,000 B.C. would be great wizards and healers.
    The world wouldn't be HUGE, but it would be large enough. Not only that, but you would be able to travel trough different time zones and see how the world changes (of course, the whole Lavos situation would need some clever writer to come up with an alternate storyline).

    no other game would be as awesome if they put everything from the animes/games in a .hack// MMO

    Seeing as how almost every Zelda game is a completely new storyline, I guess there would be no trouble adapting it to a MMORPG. I like that idea.

    Hack//anything was just MEANT to become an actuall MMORPG, someday. Maybe when virtual reality becomes trendy?

    Shining Force would have a better chance, though, but I guess it is kinda generic for a MMORPG.

    I agree with Legend of Zelda.

    Gameplay wise anything close to TP would be amazing.

    Plus there are already races.Hylian,Goron,Zoras and a few others that could be adapted into a race.

    It would have to be extremely well made,though.

    Hmmm warhammer 40k online would kick total ***, I think their coming out with one sometime though.

    Other than that...hmmz...not really a game in particular I can think of but a zombie mmorpg would be nice like a horror type one at least that is scary and not bloody boring.

    edit : DEUS EX! that would be kickass.
