    Default Any Graphic cards req 160 Watts or lower?

    I have a HP Pavilion Slimline and 160 WATTS.

    Is there any graphic card that fits it?

    my graphic card right now is a " NVIDIA GeFroce 7100"

    and an 8400 gs is about the best you can get for a 160 watt.

    an 8400 gs is barely better than onboard graphic, I say it's not worth getting.

    Actually when looking over it I think it still unlikely that an 8400 gs will run.

    I suggest you buy a new Power Supply becuase you won't be getting any gaming video cards for it.

    160 watts isn't good enough to run a decent graphic card. Get a better power supply as well.

    buy a new power supply. something around 300-400watts goes for VERY cheap these days.
    and unless your using SLI/crossfire mode cards or very high cards you wont have any troubles.

    i could comment on a good gfx card to get. tho not sure if your agp or pcie.

    Installing a PSU looks hard. lol

    How do i check if i have agp or pcie??

    sweeps, gfx card for how much watts? 160?

    take out ya gfx and check which slot it looks like via this pic.



    then post what ya got once ya find out.


    and are you sure its only a 160 watt powersupply.
    considering that computer seems somewhat new (as in its got vista/dualcore), surprised its running with 160 watts lol..
