    L2 > FFXI.

But then again you're comparing a PVP game to a PVE game.

Comes down to if you want to mindlessy grind to kill other people or to do it again on another job.

I'm sure he'd love to find out you have to go through the SAME AREAS at least TWICE to be viable in PVE.

The grind for L2 I can put with more than the waiting 2-8 hours for a party in FFXI level 60+ to grind with.

Very dumb to compare the two games. FFXI imo is the single best PvE game available on the market. L2 is a PvP-Centric game that is very lacking in content, but still fun to play. Choosing between the two games is mainly about which you prefer... PvE or PvP.

I wouldn't say L2 is lacking in content.. but all the pvp is.. hunting.. no storyline..
