I couldn't say if you had gotten better or worse. They both look the same to me ;]. I would love the panda one but I think the text totally ruined it.

Thanks, and yeah. Trying to read up some tutorials to better that situation. So hard to find Gimp tutorials that are unique or at least worth reading...

i think you may have even used the same brushes.
you need to stray away from brushes and try and make things from scratch and visualize a better way to do tha sig rather than the same old way everyone else does it.

Actually, in my new ones, the only brushes were the kanji ones, other than that I did it on my own. Thanks for the input though, I guess I gotta make 'em not look like brushes
