Hey Jack. I have Blackbox installed. How can I see my active programs and stuff? Like my volume control and stuff like that?

You have to set blackbox as your default shell to be able to see the Sysem Tray.

It is my default. I still don't see the system tray. :/ I restarted the computer too.

And my timing is something like 14:51. How can I change that to AM/PM format? :x

You have to hold down control and right click the bar at the bottom, go to configuration, and clock format, paste this over whats inside of it %I:%M
