    Default Internet Problems

    After every time that I disconnect then connect to the internet, the download speed bursts up to 720kbs (for WoW), then, after a minute or 2, it drops straight down to 40kbs. This happens every time.

    I'm thinking that my ISP is throttling the internet, which is illegal, and so we'd have to investigate further upon that. Other than that, I DON'T know what's wrong!

    Check for viruses or other bad things that might be affecting your computer. Also, are there any programs running in the backround?
