    Default Instruments on the Computer.

Are there any programs that allow the user to play instruments on the computer. As in, playing the piano on the computer.

There are music making programs that let you do that.

    Fruity Loops.

    Try it.

Would that even be considered a talent anymore?

It's still an instrument/tool, and it still requires the ability to write a song.

FL will attach each key on the piano to a key on my keyboard? So when I play it on FL, I'll be able to take it to a piano and regurgitate it?

Well, I'm still in the process of looking for one myself.

So far, I've found the Crystal synth, which can be found here.

    And I've also found ProComposer.

To mw (who has tried out neither of those two), Crystal looks like is was made for the professional, while ProComposer was made to look like your regular keyboard-synthesizer-on-the-desktop.

And besides synths, if you want to try, I also recommend VirtualDJ (if you can afford it). You can play just using the mouse, but of course, it would be easier if you had a turntable you can hook up to the computer.

Try learning a real instrument. It's been posted before, get a keyboard.
