This is really hard for me to say. I honestly think that Dio has a better voice, better singing style, etc...but I loved Sabbath's Ozzy years. I don't like Ozzy solo much though.
I voted Ozzy, because if Fairies Wear Boots. Best song ever recorded.
Edit: OHFCK. I thought it was Sabbath only. Dio then. Can't change my vote now.
