Randomly Crashing

I have this problem that my program crashes randomly.

*Poof it's gone. Just like that.

Care to provide some details? Such as what program it is?

That's the problem, I can't figure out any detail to tell. Basically any program I open it will crash after certain time. It even come to an extend when I'm playing warcraft 3, my game minimized but there's no way I can tab back in because it disappear from application task but the sound is still running. Whenever I open my winamp, it crashes instantly but I'm able to use it after moving the crash report away. There's also MSN problem where I can't send out messages, so I used alternative messenger; trillian, but guess what, it crashes too after a few message.

The only program that hasn't been crashing so far is Rise of Nation offline. I've been playing it for hours and nothing happen.

Thanks. I tired almost everything except one thing.
My last option is to take out my PC and clean it the dust.
