I'm having a little issue here. I want the router by default, to block all the ports beside for the ports i specify, as well as the ports require to access the internet.

however, i block the following port for my siblings during rush hour when bell canada throttle all bittorrent. i want to set up my access restriction for my siblings to prevent them from using bit torrent when bt is being throttle, making only lag. i want them to only use bt during horus when bt is not being throttle.

however, these are the pots i block, but for some reason, it results in their computer not having any internet access, so i'm at a total lost.

I have a linksys WRT54G v2.2 with DD-WRT firmware.

the following ports block are:
1024-7999
8091-9999
10011-27000
27200-65535
