This is not for me, but my little brother loves Dofus and he tried the french version of Wakfu. The english version is still not out, how come? What's taking them so long?

Reputation: 580There are currently no npc's in the french version , its still in beta test soooo think they are still on bug hunt .
Game is developed in French, that's why there's no English version yet.
The game is designed in the way there won't be NPCs, or so I heard. Currently or in the future, there will still be no NPCs.
Reputation: 882not sure whats taking them so long on the english version. but i tried the game and theres 1 thing that ruined it for me. durability on equips..-.- my equips break faster then i can find them, like in 10battles my stuff starts breaking already. and since they didnt change that for months i start to get afraid they never change that lol. but hey maybe im missing something, like a very fast/easy way to repair them again, but i havent found it yet
i hate whoever invented durability in mmorpg's lol
i already had this a little with dofus but even more with wakfu, it feels more like a job then a game :s

Reputation: 10i played dofus, its pretty fun and requires a good strategy on your part
There busy with dofus. They have a new update coming out thats re-vamping all the classes, like seriously, all of the sacriers spells are changed, or so i was told. Also they are working on Dofus 2.0. Finally don't forget that they make there games totally in flash. Its quite an accomplishment to make something that nice in flash.
Also they do have a english version... How else did they have closed betas? I just heard that it had a lot of problems with it, so they've been working on that all alot.
