What if there are police officers firing at the suspect? :[

Considering the fact that they have to shoot him if he first opens fire, the sentry would have shot him down.... Besides, usually these shooting don't happen where there's police.

This is what's so ****ed up about the world. I feel very sympathetic to him, partially because I recently had met a ******** who had asked me for directions to which bus station to go to, because he was looking for a job.

Do you know how sympathetic I felt at the moment? Here I am, thinking: "Wow, my parents buy me all of this stuff and I know my way around this town, I know my languages, but this guy doesn't."

He didn't know his way around, hardly knew English and still percerviered. He also wasn't scared.

But, to think that this man has been HARASSED for such a long time, left his family to start a new life in a strange place, hardly know the language and lose his job, that if this is something put lightly...I would hardly think of it as "light." It sucks that he went through a tough time, and it's even crappier that ignorant cops had to harass him. He seems, from his letter, like a man of good stature. This is unacceptable. Cases like these should be investigated further upon, not just left to bite the dust.

This kind of changed my point of view in this subject... It also makes me sad how so many people are mean to those who need help and who are in need of help.

Exactly. I mean, I may be young, but I'm not so young as to being so blind by the world we live in. It's a controversial topic, but a topic that should be discussed more and researched in more to have some sort of solution to these problems.

These past cases that we've witnessed are not unique little buds that need their own special care: they're all cases that have started with harrassment and pressure. Virginia Tech? Finland? This? Come on, this is getting a little bit too obvious. Just 2 months ago, a girl from my school had jumped off the third floor down into the atrium of our school. Thankfully, she did not die. (Our school has an open concept) Why did she jump? Because she was repeatedly harassed and tormented to the brink of jumping.

What topic? I don't see what this little story has to do with a maniac killing innocent people......You mean that these killers actually had problems of their own? Probably, but that doesn't excuse the fact that he killed other because he felt like it. Go kill yourself if you're depressed, don't touch humanity.
