Provide more information. I don't know where the original thread is, I'm not here that often, but if you just give us a picture with a garbled text, it's hard to help you.

I'm going to assume it's Monster Hunter Frontier in Korea, as that's what in your sig, if it's not then you'll get the same answer anyways.

Change your Non-Unicode program language to whatever language the game you're playing is in. Also change the Standards and Formats + Location to of where the game is.

This is all in Regional and Language Options in the Control Panel. You can find the Control Panel in the start menu.

This answer is based off my own OS, which is Windows XP. If you have something else, then you might as well just disregard this post.

You don't have your system Locale set to the appropriate language? Hard for others that know the language to help, when the picture shows nothing but gibberish.

I cant cause when i do that it asks for a windows CD which i dont have,is there anyway to download the files needed for this?
