    Default Paypal to Debit Card question

    Does anyone here use Netspend? I'm considering using it from now on, or does anyone use the Paypal Debit Card? Might use that too...

    my mother uses the paypal card and hasnt had any problems with it yet.she ebays and buys crap from ebay and whatnot.

    Netspend?

    I dunno what that even is. I'd stick with paypal. It seems to be the standard around the internets.

    I made one for my debit a few weeks back. It's really easy. but it takes up a few days to active your paypal. They will send 2 payments, in my case it was 0.14 cents and 0.02cents, then you'll just go to the site and log in and you choose "active paypal account" or hwat it exactly says ^^
